1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout the entire agreement:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the qq3389 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which apply at all times during a Member's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform. The minimum age of 21 applies universally to all Members regardless of their location within Indonesia.
• Residency: The qq3389 Platform is specifically designed and marketed for players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or are an Indonesian national.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your location. You must not be acting under legal guardianship or disability that would impair your ability to enter contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the qq3389 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts under different names, email addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have an active self-exclusion agreement with qq3389 or any other gaming operator. Attempting to register a new account while under an active self-exclusion arrangement is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a qq3389 Employee: Current employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of qq3389 — as well as immediate family members of such persons — are not eligible to register as Members or place wagers on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on qq3389, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your Account and for maintaining its confidentiality. qq3389 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• One Account Per Person: Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Accounts held by individuals sharing a payment instrument (e.g., a shared BCA account) may be flagged for review.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify qq3389 of any changes to your registered information, including a change of email address, phone number, or primary payment account, by contacting our support team.
• Account Security: You must notify qq3389 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. qq3389 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

qq3389 is committed to maintaining a secure and legally compliant platform. As part of that commitment, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.

The KYC process requires the submission of the following documents, which must be current, legible, and match th e details provided at registration:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), or card used for deposits, clearly showing your name and account number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A live photograph of you holding your government-issued ID, taken at the time of submission.

qq3389 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during a Member's use of the Platform where there is reasonable cause to verify identity, age, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your qq3389 Wallet are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Currency: All Wallet balances and transactions on the qq3389 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted directly; any currency conversion costs are borne entirely by the Member.
• Accepted Payment Methods: qq3389 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet and may be subject to a return-processing delay.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via BI-FAST enabled bank transfer are typically credited within minutes. E-wallet deposits are credited in real time. Processing may be delayed during scheduled bank maintenance windows, which typically occur between 23:00 and 01:00 WIB.
• Deposit Ownership: You confirm that all funds deposited to your qq3389 Wallet are legally owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful source. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• No Deposit Fees: qq3389 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which qq3389 accepts no responsibility.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit transfer is not reflected in your Wallet within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt. qq3389 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within one (1) business day.

6 Withdrawals

Members may withdraw funds from their qq3389 Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Prerequisite: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager, but withdrawal access will be withheld until identity verification is complete.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request.
• Withdrawal to Registered Method Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and verified during KYC. qq3389 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 21:00 WIB on Indonesian business days are typically processed within five (5) minutes to three (3) hours, subject to bank clearing schedules. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next business window.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a withdrawal request is made against a Wallet balance that includes active Bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements for those Bonus funds must be met before the Bonus portion may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Withdrawal Limits: qq3389 imposes a standard maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 500.000.000. VIP Members may be eligible for higher limits upon request and subject to additional verification.
• Anti-Money Laundering: qq3389 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse. In such cases, the Member will be notified and provided an opportunity to submit clarifying documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

qq3389 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Eligibility: Each bonus promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game category restrictions, membership tier requirements, or geographic conditions. Members are responsible for reading the specific promotion terms before opting in.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 30x) of the bonus amount or of the combined deposit-and-bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be automatically forfeited without notice. Members are responsible for tracking their own bonus expiry dates.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise: sports bets contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; slot titles contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 20%. These rates are subject to change and will be updated on the relevant promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time. Depositing or opting in to a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the active bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse: qq3389 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting using bonus funds; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and systematic exploitation of bonus structures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and possible permanent account suspension.
• qq3389 Discretion: qq3389 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Platform further reserves the right to decline a bonus application or revoke a bonus already credited if it determines that an error, technical fault, or abuse of process occurred.

8 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the qq3389 Platform across all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, togel, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting), and e-sports markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your Wallet. Bets in a "pending" state have not yet been accepted and may be rejected during periods of high market volatility.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. qq3389 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any Member or market at its discretion.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• Void Bets: qq3389 reserves the right to void any bet placed: (a) in error due to a system malfunction or data feed error; (b) after an event has already concluded; (c) on markets with manifestly incorrect odds; or (d) in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Wallet at the original stake amount.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of two (2) selections. If one selection is voided, the remaining legs continue and the odds are recalculated accordingly. Bonus funds may not be used for mix parlay wagers unless explicitly stated in a promotion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. qq3389 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during stoppages, VAR reviews, and technical interruptions to the data feed.
• Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as reported by the recognised governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, PBSI for badminton, the relevant arena operator for sabung ayam). Settlement is typically completed within thirty (30) minutes of the official result being declared.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq3389 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aids to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to regular Members.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the Platform software or odds-compilation systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with third parties, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of events on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or on behalf of a third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq3389 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any proprietary technology or intellectual property of qq3389.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the qq3389 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of qq3389 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools in connection with the Platform.

The qq3389 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of qq3389. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq3389 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
• Any losses arising from: platform downtime; data feed errors; interruption of internet connectivity; actions of third-party payment providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja); or events outside qq3389's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any decision to void, cancel, or withhold payment on a wager where qq3389 exercises its rights under these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, qq3389's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

qq3389 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework.
• A court order or direction from a competent regulatory authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, qq3389 will notify the affected Member by email and will aim to complete its investigation within thirty (30) business days. If the Account is subsequently reinstated, any withheld funds will be returned in full. If the Account is permanently closed due to confirmed breach of Terms, qq3389 reserves the right to forfeit the Wallet balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.

A Member wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Wallet balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

13 Responsible Gaming

qq3389 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. We offer the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the responsible gaming settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, betting access is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Members may activate session notifications that display the duration of the current session and net profit/loss at regular intervals.

14 Privacy

15 Amendments

qq3389 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current obligations.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of qq3389's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Where arbitration is not applicable or enforceable in a particular circumstance, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising hereunder.
